She also has significant expertise in issues women face in the workplace and helps them navigate invisible barriers that impede success. Her ebook, “Having Faith in Yourself: Five Principles to Radiate Confidence and Create the Career You Desire” is aimed at helping women work through self-doubt. She also works with organizations to help create an environment that is more conducive to female success and advancement.
Her educational background is augmented by over 20 years experience working in challenging situations across a multitude of industries from the public sector to Fortune 500 companies. Some of her current and previous clients include Amtrak, AstraXeneca, Bell Atlantic, Continental Resources, Covenant Health System, Covenant Children’s Hospital, Devon Energy, Mission Hospital, Pioneer Natural Resources, PricewaterhouseCoopers, St. Joseph’s Health System, The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and The State of Michigan.
Prior to founding her own company, Lisa was an Associate Principal in the HR Management Business of Mellon Bank. Before joining Mellon, Lisa was a Director in the Global Human Resource Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Tulane University, and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She also holds a certificate in neuroscience and brain-based leadership.
Lisa has been influential in the community through fundraising efforts and through adopt-a-family programs. She is committed to helping people find and behave in alignment with their truest self.
